OUR STORY

OVALO was born established, grounded in deep expertise and solid foundations. It is the result of a union between two of Egypt’s leading contracting and real estate development companies: Emaar Gaber and Centra. The contracting arm began its journey in 1995, followed by the launch of the development arm in 2007—making the creation of OVALO a natural continuation of this path, bringing together executional precision and a modern development vision. Building on this long-standing history in construction and engineering, OVALO moved forward with distinction, supported by more than 15 years of experience, over 40 completed projects, and more than 300,000 square meters delivered across New Cairo, El Shorouk City, Badr City, and Beit El Watan. From this legacy, OVALO shaped a new philosophy of urban development—where buildings respond to people, and people live a richer, more connected experience with their environment
